Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 May 2026
This policy explains what data Panthera Advisory collects, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
Panthera Advisory is a trading name of Simtra Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 05927649) with registered office at 5 The Street, Brettenham, Ipswich, Suffolk IP7 7QP. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Simtra Limited is the data controller.
What data we collect
We collect data in three circumstances.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider Vercel logs standard server request information (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). This is operational data Vercel retains for short periods as part of running the service. We do not see individual visitor data and we do not use analytics tools that track you across sessions or sites.
When you email us, we receive the content of your message, your email address, and any other information you choose to include. This is processed under the lawful basis of legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
When you submit a contact form (if and when one exists on the site), we receive the information you enter. Same lawful basis applies.
Cookies
The Panthera Advisory website does not set any tracking cookies. The site does not run analytics, advertising tags, or third-party tracking. Should this change in future, this policy will be updated and any required consent mechanisms put in place.
Third-party services
The website uses third-party services to operate:
- Our website hosting provider, which processes basic request logs as part of serving the site. The provider is a reputable hosting platform operating with UK GDPR-compliant data processing arrangements.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typography. Font files are loaded from Google's servers when you visit the site.
We do not share information you send us with third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep data
Email enquiries are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to them and maintain a record of correspondence, typically up to three years after the last contact. After that they are deleted.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Object to our processing of your data
- Withdraw consent where consent was the lawful basis for processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@pantheraadvisory.co.uk with subject line “PRIVACY REQUEST”. We will respond within one month, as required by UK GDPR.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or by phone on 0303 123 1113.
